Abstract

objective; Ad aestimare clinicam utilitatem MemTrax memoriae veteris detectionis iniuriae cognitivae tium in cohorte Sinensi.

 

modi: 2.5-minutis MemTrax et Regius Cognitiva aestimatione (MoCA) fiebant per 50 amet cognitive normales amet praecogniti (CON), 50 mitis cognitivae detrimentum ob AD (MCI-AD), et 50 morbi Alzheimer (AD) voluntarii participes. Recipis rectarum responsionum (MTx-%C), tempus medium responsionis (MTx-RT), et ustulo composito (MTx-Cp) MemTrax et MoCA ustulo comparate enucleatae et recipientis notae (ROC) curvae generatae.

 

Results: Multivariatae regressionis lineares analyses indicantes MTx-%C, MTx-Cp, et score MoCA in MCI-AD versus CON et in AD versus MCI-AD signanter inferiores erant (omnes cum p≤0.001). Ad differentiam MCI-AD ab CON, optimized MTx-%C interclusionis 81% habuit 72% sensitivum et 84% specificitatem cum area sub curva (AUC) 0.839, cum MoCA score 23% sensus 54% habuit and 86% specificity with an AUC of 0.740. Differentia enim AD ab MCI-AD, MTx-Cp 43.0 habuit 70% sensum et 82% specificitatem cum AUC 0.799, cum MoCA viginti viginti octo habuit sensum 20% sensum et 84% specificitatem cum AUC 62.

 

Conclusio: MemTrax efficaciter deprehendere potest tum amet praecogniti MCI et AD cum accuratiore cum MoCA innixa in cohorte Sinensi AUCs comparata. Validitas MemTrax Memoria Test stabilita est.
